rev:text	This was the worst experience of my life by far. Let's start I moved in in May. Someone was parking in my assigned Spot for 4 months. 4 months!!! The office did nothing until someone moved in to the place I was parking. My assigned parking was so far away from my apt it could barely be seen from my balcony. The first night I parked in my assigned spot my car was keyed. Over $2000 worth of damage. The manager asked for my insurance paper work and then told me there was no camera there so nothing would be done. Next the excessive noise from the apt above me. I contacted the office numerous times about banging and slamming and screaming all hours of the day and night. There are 11 people living in a 2 bedroom apt. Are you kidding me? And they did nothing. After so many calls they said I can call metro. Wow!!!! Next the excessive weed smoke flowing from 5 freaking apt's around me. When calling the office she said she will do something. Ha yea ok. She tried to violate me saying I had an unauthorized tenant living with me. Are you kidding you walked through my apt. No one lives there with me. That's just the outside shit. How about the mold growing in my bathroom. When calling maintenance they said its dry and sprayed kilz on it and never came back. The upstairs neighbors that bathtub leaked in to my bedroom and through my ceiling. When the upstairs neighbors dryer and water heater leaked covering my dining room tools and porch with water and maintenance didn't even clean it up. I had to. Than when I moved out you had the audacity to say you had to replace the carpet and that I have to pay $500 for that. Seriously? The carpet was shit when I moved in the linoleum in the kitchen and dining room was scraped and cut. I left the apartment clean. The only thing I will admittedly take blame for we're the 2 holes in walls from moving furniture which I patched. There was no excessive cleaning that had to be done and the manager Lisa is a bold faced liar and she is deceitful. Says she will help you and that she lives by strict rules yet I wasn't allowed to have my fiancé visit being he has a felony from 7 years ago but has a registered sex offender living in the next building. Go ahead look it up on metro's site. There were several fights and problems in this complex. Let's not forget the murder and burglaries. Metro is there nightly. Thank god I got out and I got news for you. You won't see a dime of the alleged replacement carpet and cleaning. You took almost 500 of my deposit and want $600 more. Trust and believe corporate will hear about it all. Health dept and housing authority should so some investigating cause that place should be shut down.
