  • Not a good visit, immediately once I pull in to the drive thru I get told it's going to be a while because there are three other people inside the branch that take priority over drive thru. No I'm sorry we are busy just a very condescending attitude like you are going to wait till we are done in here before we even talk with you. Chelsea was the young lady who helped me in the drive thru that needs to remember customers have choices on where we can bank. I will stick to the US Bank in Smith's in anthem from now on, that crew up there really cares about customers.
