I boarded my yellow Labrador retriever there for about a week and when I returned, Gryffin (my dog) had a list of ailments that I'm positive he got during his stay there.
Gryffin contracted "kennel cough" while he was there, and I assuming because of the lack of air conditioning and perhaps poor hygiene of the facility, he also came back to me with hot spots. NOW a month after his stay, he has started to develop oral papillmatosis (tiny pinkish califlower looking warts in his mouth). I have read up about these warts and they say that they don't show up for 1-2 months. DISGUSTING
I suggest that Metro Paws clean their facilities throughly as opposed to putting on the facade that they are strict with their hygiene by requiring health records and immunization forms for the dogs. It obviously isn't working.
Needless to say, I will never be bringing Gryffin back.
