  • Steel Revolution never ceases to amaze! Another local business owned by a strong woman who continues to inspire while promoting health and wellness. Steel revolution is a tiny cycle studio tucked away in Shadyside that pumps out more sweat and energy than you could even measure. I've taken classes from several instructors and everyone brings a different creativity to class and is more motivating than the next! Classes run 7 days a week from morning til night so there is always something for everyone. The only downfall, and this isnt even really a downfall, is there are no showers, so the option of spinning and then prepping for work is a no go. However, there are changing rooms, so if you're coming from work there is a place where you can change to get ready to sweat! Bottom line: if you're looking for a killer workout with a incredibly fun group of instructors this is the place. 24 hour cancellation policy, and they have partnered with a Zenrez to make classes even more affordable! Give Steel Revolution a try! And there's no better time than now, as they celebrate their second birthday with all kinds of specials and incentives, you don't want to miss the party! #spin
