  • One of my worst nightmares came true - My front tooth broke off while at work on a Sunday. I tried contacting the emergency number provided by my dentist office but no one ever called me back. As a concierge, I am always researching places for my guest that have urgent request after hours (this time it was for me)! When I called, Mariela was very friendly, helpful and made me feel relaxed. Additionally, she made me feel welcomed and went out of her way to accommodate my concerns. Dr. Phong was also very kind, compassionate and efficient. He could have charged me an arm and a leg for temporarily gluing my veneer back but gave me a break. My worst experience turned out to be a very special day for me - Thank you Dr. Phong...that was a random act of kindness.
