  • Very very disappointed in Johnny Delmonico's steakous. The pumpkin soup was good, and our server was very attentive, but the tenderloin was far from the best one we have ever had. We ordered the 8 oz tenderloins and were very disappointed in the lack of flavor and tenderness. To make matters worse, we sent an e-mail to the manager, Craig Madigan and received no response, so we then sent a "snail mail" letter - again to no response. Our son is a Freshman at UW and we will be visiting from Chicago very frequently. However, we will make sure not to stop at Johnny Delmonicos again, but will be spreading the word about the poor management at this restaurant. Also, it should be noted that this restaurant is not affiliated with the famous and delicious Delmonicos on Beaver Street, in the Wall Street are of Manhatten.
