  • No one among the perfume/makeup wants to work. I mean they don't want to work for Macy's, nor work at all. Shopkick didn't work. The 1 star is for the 1 rep that I actually stopped to help me and she tried but help us all they don't have a great connection nor speed for in store internet to their on POS so I could order DUO product. POS didn't load past 1 page. No one proactively approached me and that's fine but you don't get to stand around and chit chat with one another while ignoring a customer. All in all, we walked out without anything.
