  • I understand that it's Halloween season and Easley's can get crazy inside & outside. When I arrived they had parking lot attendees that were helpful to me; however one of the male workers was yelling at a "potential patron"and even slammed his fist/hand on the trunk of their car! Unbelievable! When I came into the store I was immediately greeted by workers who opened the door for me--I appreciated that! The young hispanic girls were extremely friendly & helpful along with Debbie! They displayed great customer service & patience even though the place was swamped. They even walked me over to the costumes and made great suggestions. So far I'm having a pleasant experience outside of the anger ridden parking lot employee... There is a long line for the dressing room which was understandable; the other patrons & I had fun conversation while waiting to get dressed. There is a minimum of 3 outfits/costumes you can try on--I had 7. I tried on the first set; once I came out I had to get back in line to try on the second set. This is where my experience turns for the worst! As I'm in the dressing room I FT my friend to see what she thought of my costume; one of employees (short hair, older white woman) knocked on the door and said, "you need to get off the phone--there's a line of people waiting!" I told her I would in one second & that I was on my second outfit. She then states that I've been in there for 20 minutes (A LIE) and to hurry up. She KNOCKED on the door, RATTLED the door, and even BANGED on the door to hurry me up. I opened the door slightly to explain to her that I'm coming and was showing my friend my outfit on FT. She said she didn't care & that I should apologize to all the people waiting. She wagged her finger in my face "scolding me" & threatening me saying she's gonna open this door whether I was dressed or not. We exchanged more words (use your imagination). When I exited she wanted to take my costumes and I told her I'm undecided--she then mocked me and said, "OH, you're undecided. All that time in the fitting room!" She scoffed and made obscene remarks to other patrons & employees about me. I was absolutely LIVID, ANGRY & EMBARRASSED! I felt the need to protect myself & my unborn child (yes I'm preggo) because of her aggressiveness! My husband is angry and wants to have words with that RUDE female! The end of this ridiculous saga was I found Debbie who assisted me graciously, I placed two items on hold to make a decision. I wish I could write 2 reviews so I don't have to give it 1 star. I swear; I've been going to Easley's for years as I am the owner of a non-profit in Phoenix & a community liaison with the City of Phoenix that patrons local businesses like this one frequently. I'm amazed at the level of disrespect, anger, & frustration that this female had--DISGUSTING!
