  • Okay let me start this review OVER! This is Starbucks a coffee chain so i don't expect much and I understand having to wait for my coffee but MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE! first thing when I walk In I hear MANAGER yelling at one of the employees over a miscommunication, if I was that employee I would have flipped her the bird and told her to shove it then quit! no employee deserves to be talked to like that especially in front customers. Then after they take my order i stand there and wait over 25 minutes when only one girl was ahead of me. I noticed so many drinks are being made at both espresso machines go to the window! So if you don't have time to wait go to drive through because obviously they care more about their drive-thru times than their customer service! Or better yet just go to a different Starbucks! There are so many more Starbuck In vegas to choose from I do not want my money to be going towards the success of manager like that! she should lose her job!
