its been my experience and my families that if you can. go get the item yourself and only order what is in stock. inspect the item inside and out. look underneath if you have to. if they want the sale. they will let you. my mother in law ordered a bedroom set. one dresser-all the handles fell off in the first couple months. the second dresser-revealed the poor quality of their product. the bottom came apart and when I looked underneath to see what the problem was. it falsely looks like real wood on the inside and out (never seen this before), however is particle board and had split so it fell apart causing problems all the up the dresser. from misaligned drawers, to the wheels on the drawers breaking. they have a no return policy, which I was unaware of when I purchased my own items. She could of bought the items straight across, however was duped by their staff into financing it. after learning all of this I not only will not go back and I also am referring all friends and family to not go here either.
Unless your never home to use the furniture, can pick up the items yourself, and know what to look for when you inspect the items prior to and after purchase. Then you need to go some where else.
