We come here quite often. My family loves this place so of course it was the place of choice for New Year's Eve dinner. We thought it would be a hassle but it was quite easy getting on the strip through the back streets and getting into forum shops. The shops were closed but restaurants open. At Carmine's, we were seated upstairs in a private area with a balcony. The view of the strip was AMAZING. wish we could've stayed there until midnight to see the fireworks. Now I know where I want my bday dinner! Food was amazing as usual. We ordered the spicy wing scarpariello, something we always get because it's so good. And the portobello Parmesan. Both were delicious. It was a total of ten of us and we only
Ordered 2 entrees and we Have left overs! We ordered the lobster fra diavolo..its huge and the chicken scarpariello. I'd say of you get the wings, don't get the chicken. It's very similar...even though the waiter told us its different. We got the Italian cheesecake for desert and it was delicious!!! Again...leftovers. We love Carmine's. Loves it since NY. Glad they have a location here in vegas now!
