  • AWFUL customer service, I don't feel welcomed as I do at the other ACE hardware stores in The Valley. I've been in there several times and today I took a screw to see if I could match it and get 4 more, when I asked an associate for help he very rudely grabbed it from my hands and without saying anything he turned his back on me, so I continued looking for the matching screw myself. I looked at the guy and asked if he had found it and he said "I found it a long time ago!" Still being an A-Hole. I said sorry I didn't hear you say anything and he said "I didn't know I had to say anything". I don't know if this guy was the manager or not but he was also yelling at one of the young workers... just a rude old man.
