  • I came in on the 17th after utilizing a Groupon I purchased and had an appt with martyna (check spelling). I believe that's her name. This was my second Brazilian here. I was seen rather quickly as I had made an appt for 2:30 but arrived early because I was close by which was a good thing. I wasn't expecting that much discomfort because I didn't have much the first time. I did what I was supposed to do and came back in 4 weeks from my last session. Boy was I wrong! Martyna removed large sections of hair from my skin at once which was painful to say the least. I truly do believe that technique plays a part in how your experience will be. She mentioned me having "deep roots" which may be true but I didn't have this much pain when I was there four weeks ago. I learned a valuable lesson that day. Never book unless Leona is there. She is amazing. Her process and the ability to make you feel comfortable in an already awkward situation is awesome. I walked out with no pain or discomfort. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new wax lady. Leona I will never cheat on you again!!!!
