rev:text	A wedding weekend brought me to Las Vegas the same weekend as the first round of the NCAA March Madness Tournament. So the city and every hotel was either booked or super expensive. But I found a nice price for the Rio and figured this would be a good spot to stay as other people in the wedding were staying here. We checked in and everyone at the counter was friendly. We didn't have to pay the early check in fee which was nice. We got the room and it was nice to see how big the rooms are and you get a fridge as well. Now the room itself could definitely use a little upgrade. My towell rack in the bathroom was hanging on by a screw. The room just felt a little dated, I was not going to be surprised if there was a tube TV. The casino is exactly what you need if you are going to stay at the hotel and gamble. If you do stay here and want to catch the shuttle they will take you to Harrahs, Paris and Ceasars for free. You may have to wait 15 minutes or so but still it was nice to be able to get to the strip at no charge. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool but from what I saw there are 3 of them. I was too busy running around for the wedding. Food options here are a plenty. If you have not tried the buffet once then you are missing out. It's pretty epic....I mean yeah its a buffet but it's a buffet on steroids. I pretty much lived of the Sports Deli while I was here, you can find my review if you look it up. All in all I had a good experience here for the price. Again the rooms could be upgraded but over all a decent place. I mean how much time to you spend in the room when you are in Vegas? Well unless you are trying to recover from a massive hang over. CHEERS!!!
