  • Chef Joons Umami is gone, gone . He left. This umami is now an all u can eat and the quality is like their no 5. It's all about quantity not quality. Giant pieces of flavorless fish. All the rolls were some sort of tempura or spicy blend of something and imitation crab. Just when the northwest was starting to get better restaurants reality sets in with run of the mill all you can eat joints.
