I love this place so much. Affordable, good food, friendly owners-- if I move away I'm definitely going to mourn the loss of my favorite Japanese place.
As far as food... The crab puffs are some of the best I've ever had! We religiously get these, as they're a steal and don't taste fake. The yakisoba is also up there for best dishes. The only downside with Tokyo Stop is the meat seems to be a bit dry sometimes, so the noodles definitely help give a bit of moisture back.
I'm also really excited that they've added ramen to their menu! It's really good, the broth not too thick or thin, and the noodles and meat cut perfectly. Good selection of different types, with the tonkotsu being a personal favorite. Definitely go here instead of the weird fusion ramen places that don't really know what ramen's supposed to taste like. The only downside is the portion is slightly small compared to what I'm used to, so no extra meals out of it for me.
Like others have said, their portions generally are pretty big, which means you can either share or have a lunch for the next day out of it.
PS: Grab yourself a Ramune while you're there. Definitely a good addition to your meal.
