I remember when I first visit the store the lady who helped me to re-creat my profile, she was really sweet, friendly and explained all items at the store which I was interested in, even to my boyfriend.
So I wouldn't mind of going there again for exchanging to smaller size because It wasn't available at the time, I bought large one instead.
There was a staff named Jessica. I had such a feeling that she's not even trying to eye contact me after I said I want to exchange the item, without any smiling or nothing at all.
Not even ONCE except asking me if I used the item after I purchased, while she was just busy with train their assistance how to return/exchange a product by Interac.
She didn't even say bye or thank you after all.
Not to mention that my boyfriend had some incident at the store (nose bleeding) while I was standing in front for exchanging. We've asked if we can use a washroom for a moment because it wasn't stop easily, But what she said was there is Starbucks across the street(with irritating tone) and which made us wait nearly 20 min to get into the washroom in Starbucks because of long line up of weekend.
I've decide to order online from now on.
