  • Ok. Can't be nice right now. Very bad representation of this restaurant. And come on guys, I recommend that everyone eats here. I am obsessed with your restaurant. But today my friend Lisa and I had the displeasure of being served by Mila and I have to say something about it. We were coming to get some sushi. Decided to do all you can eat and heard about all you can drink for $10. Awesome deal. We are both full time business women and wanted to unwind with a few beers and some good food. Mila explained that it's $10 all you can eat sake and beer. Cool. Then she later corrected that they are individual charges. We said fine, Lisa would get the beer and I'd get the sake. We could have it all! Mila corrected us, which was fine. That's her job. But being in the customer service industry, I welcome all feedback and use it as growth to improve every customers time in my store, and decided to tell Mila that I would appreciate if she could just give the feedback to the restaurant management that I feel it should be interchangeable. Just like getting all you can eat and sharing the rolls, getting all you can drink should follow the same structure. * if both parties are paying, then why not?* She seemed to think my feedback was more funny than valuable, and proceeded to point at a table in the corner and say "well they are all sitting over there, so-" as if I wanted to stop my lunch to go relay the message. All she would have have to do is say "thank you for that feedback, I will make sure they hear it". From then on I just began to lose my desire to be there. Listen, all you can drink is a great idea, in an atmosphere where you facilitate an environment where people feel valued and welcomed. Mila sadly had a poor attitude the rest of our visit and did very routine "check ins" but obviously was following a script vs. any kind of genuine interest in our satisfaction as customers. We were the only ones there too, and Mila kept going to the other table (the table full of the owners and managers) it made us feel like we were being talked about and it created less of a welcoming atmosphere. Remember, perception is reality. So be aware of your customers. I'm so bummed about this experience. It was my friends first time here and I feel she had a very bad impression of what this restaurant stands for. Sure makes me think twice about coming here. The prices are the same anywhere, I come here equally because the food kicks ass, but mostly because of the environment and the amazing customer service. Well, this is not what I spent my money on today.
