  • Excellent service, high quality products, and great selection. I am a new-ish customer at Nordstrom, starting with a bridesmaid dress I ordered in 2012. The customer service was fantastic, when I decided I no longer needed the dress (ordered from another store). I started as a main customer with the annual sales! The sales are great. My favorite running shoes, lingerie, and more are all on sale during this sale. Parking: This is the Chandler mall. There is always tons of spaces outside. Products: The store has a great selection of makeup, bags, shoes, clothing, etc. Service: Almost always excellent! I have purchased shoes here with great help from customer service, returned numerous items without judgement, and have had excellent help at the Clinique counter, from another make up counter person! I don't know if the customer service requirements involve having service staff not use their cell phones ever, but it is nice to note that the staff here never are on their cell phones and always are ready to help.
