  • Nancy Viramontez was the property manager for a rental we were in for 3+ years. We are responsible tenants and in turn wanted a responsible management company for when things came up. We rarely needed anything but when we did (e.g., A/C died in the middle of the summer after 5p) we received nearly immediate assistance via the after-hours number. On move-out we had a timely walk through and turnaround with respect to return of our security deposit. Very reasonable about what was damage versus normal wear-and-tear. They took photos at the beginning and end of our lease for documentation, which I loved. Always friendly and reliable. I highly recommend.
