  • First time I used Universal Glass I told them I needed a windshield replacement. They came out and had to reschedule because they didn't bring the glass. They thought they were there to repair. So we rescheduled and they did the glass. A few months later the rubber sealing came off of my car. We called to get that replaced and the come out. Guess what they need to reschedule again because someone who took the call didn't tell them that they needed to replace the seal. So now we wait till our next appointment. I just find it frustrating and poor communication with their employees and their service. I will go with someone else next time.
