  • This was a 24 hour location and we went at about 4AM. I don't really expect tremendously great service at 4AM but these people took it to a whole new level. There was a car in front of us who they took over 5 minutes to even respond at the drive thru to take their order. When I finally pulled up, no one even responded at the drive thru menu. They took a minimum of 12 minutes to give the customer in front of us their order. When I finally got to the window, there were 2 people inside who simply looked out the drive thru window and didn't bother to come even after I waved to them and honked. After another 5 minutes, someone finally came to the window. The cashier girl looked so dazed and confused as to why I was there. I explained what happened and there was no apology for the wait or for the lack of service. She said absolutely nothing when I got my smoothie and just rudely shoved it out the window and of course no receipt. To top it all off, the smoothie I got had a bitter unripe flavor. I usually have a good experience at tropical smoothie but this was just massively disappointing.
