The only suggestion I would make is that if the customer says they will be home, please knock on the door instead of just making a phone call and leaving within a few minutes. Like others here I was told (after the fact!) that there was a 5 minute rule to call the technician back or they will leave. Some cell phones don't always receive phone calls (thank you, T-Mobile), and after waiting almost a week for my appointment, and then taking the day off work, I wasn't too keen on them telling me the technician wouldn't return and that I would have to reschedule almost a week later. Again, thank you for returning same day and getting me power back in my bathrooms and thank you, Steven, for your professionalism.
