  • Called to setup service for two and a half carpeted rooms that really needed to be cleaned. They answered on the first call and were able to schedule me for the next day. They called me the next day to inform me they had an opening at a earlier time if I wanted. Showed up and went to work. After the job was complete Mike informed me that his truck machine had broke down and he had to use a different machine to do the job. He wasn't satisfied with how clean he could get it with the other machine so he didn't charge me for an almost three room cleaning. The carpet still looks amazingly better and I wouldn't have known that they didn't use the truck machine if he didn't say anything. Honest company, with great customer service. Asked if he could come back to do tile that he pointed out needed cleaning badly too. He gave me a really good deal on doing all the tile plus the carpet for the bad luck with the truck machine breaking down. Will be calling them back out and would recommend their services to others. The customer service was above and beyond most companies I have dealt with.
