Unfortunately, a terrible experience. I was very interested in a certified preowned Nissan and wanted to buy. It had 3K miles and was in great shape. The car fax said it was stolen for one month from the original owner. There isn't much info that's a secret anymore in the auto business.... The car was priced at $35K. When I went to negotiate the told me the car is $45K because it's "new." Bait and switch. As an educated consumer I reminded them that KBB valued the car at $32K, not $45K. It had a previous owner in Las Vegas that reported it stolen. It was stolen for a month before recovered and traded back in by the original owner. Instead of discussing the facts and negotiating to make a deal I was ridiculed and belittled. I ended up at Pinnacle Nissan a couple hours later and love my new 370!!!
