We went in last night with our 7 year old Morkie who collapsed and could not walk. I have mixed feelings about CVS. I am grateful that they have 24 hour emergency service, however, the front desk staff did not exhibit much empathy or personality. Jodi came to get the vitals while we waited and she was very kind. Dr. Herbst was very kind, took X-rays and took us in the back room to explain them. She wrote up a very detailed, comprehensive report, gave us a disc with the X -rays and immediately sent the email to our vet. This was at 1:00 in the morning. I realize that there are only two emergency vets in the area and they are extremely busy, I just wish the front desk staff could work in tandem and have a heart.
