  • Worst service ever, made appointments week in advance - get there and told did have my facial scheduled after my massage. Told by manager that having computer issues with system deleting appointments and IT working on it - if knew this why then not keep written appointment book. All offered was later in day facial or next day. Left and went across street to Bellagio and had no issues. Never go to this spa - manager is rude and not believable
