Once you see a movie in these comfy chairs, you won't want to go back to what you're used to at other theaters. Seats are reserved, and it doesn't really seem like there's a bad seat in the house. The interior of the theater is very modern and comfortable, and while we didn't visit the bar or concessions stand (we brought in our own snacks), it looked like it had a lot of unconventional theater options.
My only gripe is about the validated parking - on our way out we asked to have our parking ticket validated. The attendant was chatting with a coworker away from our station and motioned for us to put our ticket through the machine on our own. Not sure if we had done it right, we tried to get her attention to ask for help, but she couldn't be bothered. We gave up and left, but (of course) our ticket didn't work on the way out of the garage. The attendant was able to let us out by recording some information from our movie tickets, but it would have been nice for AMC to take care of our validation instead.
