  • My home warranty company, American Home Shield, connected me with Emerald Pools to do a Spa repair. They told me they could not give me a time for the service but it would be sometime today. I took off work. Sat home ALL day and they never showed up. Completely unprofessional and rude. Not a phone call or anything. They do not value their customers time.
