  • I have shopped at Boogie for years and have recommended them in the past. That changed after my last experience. I went in to have my violin bows rehaired. The younger gentleman with dark hair had helped me in the past and was in the process of helping me when an older male employee rudely interrupted, took the bow, started talking over me when I had a question, and was trying to force me to buy a cheap bow. I was caught off guard by his abrasive manner and eventually had to ask him to quit interrupting me and let me finish what I was saying. His tone and manner of speaking was abrupt, condescending, and rude. In order to get out of there I told him I would think about it and come back another time, when in reality Boogie Music has lost a faithful customer.
