I have been BOA customer for years. I really do not like their overall services. My account open in CA and their staff in CLT have no access to CA account. That's why people say the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
I stay with them because I have set up too many activities that it takes time to reorganize. Besides, certain bank manager or tellers of the local BOA are so friendly and helpful. BUTTTTTTTTTT their service over the phone is sucks. Apart from waiting for hour to get through or being hanged up, those employees sound like a robot. "Sorry, we cannot do this, sorry, we cannot do that." Why BOA hire so many incapable people wasting money. Many of them do not carry their brains to work but reading out of a scrip.
Customers have to learn a costly lesson to find out their incapability. Be careful, if you need to use service of another bank because they do not have a bank there, they will charge you with no mercy. BOA need those few dollars to pay their bills. Finally, they will tell you to open account with some other bank.
They have too many customers that they really do not care about losing some. GOOD LUCK BOA!
