  • 5 stars because of the amazing customer service I received at this Alex & Ani location. Alex & Ani offers jewelry that is beautiful and is made from recyleable/repurposed metals. There are signature pieces for everyone; charm bracelets that can have significant pieces added to them, or you can stack the bracelets for a voluminous look. I personally chose my purchases at Alex and Ani because they feature a bracelet with a Phoenix built in to the band. I've been through a lot in the past few years and the Phoenix has been a symbol of regeneration and rebirth of positive energy that I have identified with. Hunter helped me find what I was looking for, I originally was seeking a bracelet with angel wings as a gift when we stumbled upon the connection of the Phoenix. I purchased both metal colors available and never take them off. Hunter was so patient and listened, giving suggestions and really was invested in finding a meaningful piece, not just making a sale. To add to the story, I shared my connection to the Phoenix with BRITNEY SPEARS when I had a meet and greet at her PIECE OF ME show on 11/11/15. She identified with the correlation and chose the silver bracelet from me to wear and wore it during her performance on 11/11/15 on her right wrist. I die.
