  • Getting a space here was so easy. Todd was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The facility is very clean and well kept. The reason for the lower star rating is that we showed up yesterday with a truckload of stuff and there were no carts available practically the whole time we were there. It was so frustrating and we had to make many more trips than needed in the heat!! I realize Saturdays are certainly their busiest days, but it seems that should be anticipated. There was a nice girl there who triggered the doors to stay open, so that helped.
