  • We went to get my daughter her first big girl bedroom set and had problems from the first day of purchase. Our salesman Sean was really nice but didn't know what items to give to us upon time of purchase and what items to have delivered. Since we didn't know either this ended up being a fiasco when it was time for delivery cause the delivery guys didn't know either. The bed set came with a crushed dresser which I had to refuse and the delivery guys told us the rest of our stuff was on back order but it turned out that we had to get it at the store. I made two special trips to the store to correct their issue of our salesman not doing his job by enduring we had what we were purchased. This store had terrible customer service. It took about ten phone calls to get everything figured out and they'll make promises they won't keep. Save yourself frustration by shopping anywhere others than Ashley!!
