  • Great great experience..as good as it gets! My Saturday timeline below: 2:20 PM - I'm on the interwebs researching All Terrain tires for my SUV. I decide on the Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015. I searched locally and found them at this Discount Tire Location. 2:30 PM - Called in to confirm the tires were in stock with Will. He was very friendly and booked me a 3:30 PM appointment 3:20 PM - Walked into a very busy lobby and the service garage was full. 3 FTEs were getting people setup on PCs and answering questions. I got checked in and we reviewed the tires, pricing and my warranty options. 3:50 PM - As I'm drinking the complimentary coffee, a bay frees up and my bae/SUV is pulled into the garage. The crew is working diligently with a sense of purpose to get my old tires off and the Yokohama mamas on. 4:26 PM - I've paid, checked out and I'm driving home on a brand new set of tires. Everyone I encountered was professional, polite and was working diligently throughout this quick visit. The convenience and execution was fantastic. The timeline speaks for itself. When the time comes for new tires, there's a good chance I'll probably be checking out Discount Tire again. Buckle Up! =)
