  • I have nothing good to say about this post office. They are very slow when you go inside and my carrier has lied 3 times saying something was delivered when it wasn't. One Saturday they stated that something was delivered in my mailbox and I was waiting for the item so went to go check 20 minutes after their delivery time stamp and nothing was there. I called the post office on the following Monday and mysteriously the item was in the mailbox when I got off of work that evening. Fast forward to December before Christmas. I ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas and they swore up and down it was delivered. I called the post office every other day. I even spoke to the manager Chris who was not the least bit empathetic and even put the post worker on the phone to tell me she did deliver the item. I would not call every other day had been delivered and I didn't believe her anyway because the week before was when she marked an item delivered and it actually wasn't which is LYING. Chris the supervisor wasn't any better and states he would call me back and NEVER did. Also the next week around Christmas they delivered my father in laws gift to a nice neighbor that actually took it to my apartment office or else I would have been out of that as well.Fast forward AGAIN to today and as I am ordering supplies for my daughter's birthday party, another item says it was delivered today and is not there. I am sure they will swear up and down it was delivered and make me believe that I am crazy. This is absolutely ridiculous!! I do not have the time to keep calling the post office every month for my packages that I pay for. Needless to say I gave up calling and never received the gift for my daughter at Christmas time. Thank goodness that was a small gift it I didn't get a refund. My next step is to call the post master, county or whomever else I need to call. This has happened more than enough!!! Update!! I am now in an entirely different complex and having the same issue with the same post office. How incompetent can they be?? First the incompetent mail clerk said he delivered items I needed for my sisters wedding to an individual. What individual sir? No one is home at that time and they don't come to residents doors. This went on for a few days and after me calling everyday, magically a light bulb went off in the carriers head and he realized that he was putting the wrong parcel locker key in my mailbox. Fast forward to two weeks later..another package mysteriously disappears but says it was delivered but yet I don't have it. After many calls(like I have nothing else to do)to this local office, the 800 number and an even higher up, I still have nothing. I even spoke to the carrier on the phone and he says "I don't know what to tell you." I would have taken in office or put in locker..well guess what you didn't and I have another missing package that I am sure they delivered to someone else especially since every other day, they put a guys mail in my mailbox that lives in an entirely different building. I take it reading and attention to detail is not a requirement of this post office.
