I saw this on yelp, went to the web address and noticed that they offer "classes" every so often. There was a pasta making class and I've always wanted to try so I signed up. When I arrived at the shop it was pretty small, as I'd imagined, and had probably any luxury food you could think of, and if they didn't they most likely could find it. I was directed to a table (I was the only one there) and a cheese plate was set in front of me along with a cheese menu explaining the plate. Huh? Must be a prequel to the class. After 30+ min or so of feeling very uncomfortable and shown how to make mozzarella I was totally confused. Then I heard the owner talking to the cashier and finally he came and said, I guess I owe you a class, I thought this was the cheese tasting class. There was another pasta class coming soon so we rushed through the pasta making, the sauce making, and I was set down in the shop alone with the finished product to be stared at by other shoppers. Felt really uncomfortable, and like I was being rushed out the door. Did not feel like a "student" , more like a headache. I did give 3 stars because the cheese was great (lol) and there were lots of cool products.
