  • I have been a loyal customer of this great business for a very long time and have yet to be disappointed by their level of customer service. I especially go there to pick up a tailor made suit from their exclusive brands. They also tailor it to your needs within a time frame that is acceptable with most of the cities busy schedules. I went there recently and had a wonderful experience with a true professional named Sergio who is a representative that works in the Kilian brand department. Sergio took a tremendous amount of his time to break down the lines history from A to Z and literally knew the information as if he was related to Kilian himself. I must say I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. These fragrances are pricey and typically range from $350-$400 for a 1.7 ounce bottle. I am fortunate enough to own four bottles of this line and after speaking and learning more from Sergio I intend to purchase two more bottles of some scents I was not aware of. Thanks to him I am excited to use my samples that were mailed to me. He wanted me to be confident that the new scents will blend in with my skin oils for a few days to my satisfaction before I splurged on another full bottle for the new scents. That is how customer service should be and I hope Saks makes sure he is promoted soon so he can train and teach new reps on how to make sure the customer is satisfied. Thank you my friend.
