  • I needed a new $100+ roller bar that took a week to arrive. No problem. The problem was when we got the vacuum back it was missing an important screw and had a hard-to-remove yellow AZ Vacuums sticker on the front. Not cool. I called to ask about the screw, and the son didn't even offer an apology for the hassle. They also refused to let me keep or have a copy of what was done. I only got the c.c. receipt that doesn't even state the store's name.
