I contacted Tidy Maids on 2/1 after extensively researching in several places online, their website, and here to ensure that my service area-- Enterprise-- was in their service area. I was met with a response that I was in fact outside their service area, even though I am clearly within their area as described by both the map posted here on Yelp and on their website. I was told their customer service department would be contacting me, which never happened. Mountains Edge is apparently not in their service area. The maps and information on their website need to be updated to be current with their policies. The information I received as a reply from the company was incomplete and did not fully explain why I was outside their service area, even though I clearly am not.
