  • BEWARE, I received my bill only to find out they doubled the price of my internet. When I called they told me that was a promotional rate and they don't have that rate anymore. When I singed up I specifically asked if that would be the rate unless they had a small price increase, I was told yes.It appears Cox has a monopoly on customers in some areas.
