Several weeks ago I purchased a Groupon for two sessions at this place. it took a long time and six messages before my phone calls were returned. That is pretty amazing, considering the lady who worked there today found plenty of time to talk on the phone, just not the office line. So, today was my first colon hydrotherapy session ever, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. First of all the office itself is very uninviting. I felt uncomfortable the moment I walked in. The technician took me to a room and briefly explained the procedure. Based on videos I had watched on youtube I expected a technician to do the insertion and at least be with me the entire time. Not so, she simply started the water, told me she'd be back in 35 minutes to check on me and left. When she returned she asked if I was feeling anything, but I wasn't. Turns out the water hadn't been turned on far enough. I was under the assumption that water was being pumped into me to loosen up the debris and then pumped out of me into some type of container without ever being visible. That's not how it works at this place. Instead I was told to push, and whatever came out went down the same shoot where the insertion pipe was anchored. I'm not opposed to trying a colonic again, but I will definitely do a lot more research on the provider. Needless to say I cancelled my second appointment.
