  • I have thought a lot before writing this review. I took 4 Pottery Barn wrought iron patio chairs right before the store closed. I told them what they had cost originally which was $600.00 ($150.00 each). They were 2 years, 8 months old. I asked what they would be priced at and was told they usually price at about 1/2 of the original cost, which would have been @ $300. When I checked 2 weeks later to see if they had sold, yes they had sold the first day they were for sale and I had a $52.00 coming for the chairs and some clothes I had consigned! I wonder who got such a GOOD buy? I questioned the manager and was treated in a rude and demeaning way. I asked why they didn't even call me to tell me they were going to price them so low, and he said they don't do that. I asked who else I could talk to and he said he would turn it over to management. I have never heard back and it has been 4 months. I will never consign with them again.
