  • Aaron and Jamar are two of the finest examples of professional customer service I have ever encountered. They walked both my wife and I through the process of transitioning from an iPhone 4s to iPhone6 as well as from an iPhone 4s to a Samsung Note. Despite the frenetic nature of Apple's latest rollout, they treated us as if we were the only customers in the store. Anybody who carries out a Verizon transaction of any kind must attempt to do so at this retailer on Pima. You will feel as if you are a part of their personal family. My only regret is that I can only issue five stars.
