I've been going to Cobblestone for years.... seems like my cars & their washes are getting worse by the month/year! I was there yesterday again & i drove away feeling pretty annoyed (car was not fully clean esp on the inside). I went back today with another car (i had purchased a wash package so i wanted to use up my package... however this time i decided to speak to the manager and tell them my feelings on their business & their lack of service! I spoke to Ginny (the Store Mgr) & Scott (the Service Advisor) and they were both extremely helpful! They were happy with my feedback... (i told them everything from how i was annoyed yesterday's service as well as the lack of service going back in time.... they said they were in the process of cleaning up their service and they want every customer to drive away happy!! They are working hard on this so if you have anything to share you should contact them directly. I appreciated them listening to me with full awareness & really trying to turn things around so that everyone walks away happy with a clean car inside & out!! I didn't ask for a free wash but they were generous & gave me a free wash for today as well as one for yesterday's fiasco. Bottom line.... be honest. If you love your wash, share it! If you don't, speak to Ginny and/or Scott! They will listen & they will take care of you! Thanks to both of them my opinion has turned around and i will be going back to Cobblestone with all 6 of my vehicles!! :)
