  • They replaced the screen on my Mac. However, they never contacted me when it was done. I tried calling two separate days, and was immediately transferred to a voicemail box that said it was full, and disconnected me. I finally went in, and was told I should have gotten an email (no, it wasn't in my spam folder either). The employee was not apologetic, and commented how expensive the repair was. I know, man.
