  • This update is actually a few weeks late & I must apologize as life got in the way... I have since spoken to Colin & he graciously refunded me as I think we visted at the Worst time of their transition. He was Very apologetic & empathetic of our negative experience. Apparently this was a product of several things going wrong, & many of those things out of his control. Anyway, I would like to say he was genuinely concerned & ver cordial, which made all the difference. I was left with a feeling of: After giving it a bit more time, I will surely be bringing the family back! Everyone is allowed "bad days, right?
