  • Century link is absolutely horrible. Do not use them. I called as a new customer to establish service. They finally found an installation appointment for me over a week out. THe first day they set the time for 08:00 am til 5:00 pm. At 6:30 pm I called and they said the tech got busy so they would reschedule, no phone call or notice. They rescheduled for two days later, they "guaranteed" 08:00am til 10:00am. I called at 10:30am and they said the expanded the appointment til 5:00pm. At 6:15pm I called and they said the tech got busy and they would reschedule. Absolutely horrible! I won't be using.
