  • I used this group recently. They were only able to clean half of my home in the time they allotted because they only sent one girl. Last time I used them, they sent three girls. I offered to let them come back two days later at 9 am. I was told they could do that. When they didn't show up at 9 I called the office and Mike wouldn't take my call, but the girl who talked to me told me I was unreasonable, unavailable and if I was a recurring client, I'd be more important. I was told they'd be at my home by 11:30. No show again. Maid calls at 12:30 to say she's on her way. I told her not to come as I had to leave for work in 45 minutes. Then they charged my credit card for the price of an entire cleaning! WORST experience ever.
