  • Been here MANY times and I will no longer be coming back. Not only do they never acknowledge me, despite going there many times, but they have the NERVE to constantly talk down on me and insult me... The past 4 times I've gone, instead of finally being greeted with a "Hey, good to see you again." or even a "Welcome back!", instead I get the "Wow, you need to come here at least twice a month. This does not look good!", or "What is going on with your eye brows, you look awful!", on top of that they made insults about my age and other remarks as well. I am honestly blown away about it all. The fact that the place is never busy and they pull this crap of customer service is just inexcusable. I don't think they realize that when I'm in the chair and they're busy making snarky and insulting remarks, the only thing keeping me from punching them in the face is that they'll mess up my eye brows. The only thing "divine" is the idea of me avoiding this place for good.
